The Laws
3-3-201: It is illegal to Unknowingly furnish or sell alcohol to a minor.
3-3-202: It is illegal to Knowingly furnish alcohol to a minor who is not your child.
3-3-203: It is illegal for a Minor to possess alcohol either physically or by consumption.
5-71-212: It is illegal to drink or be drunk in public areas.
Act 976: It is illegal to Knowingly allow minors to consume alcohol on your property (social host). |
